Limited accounts: All limited accounts pay 10 dollars for 15 hours.
If you go over the 15 hour limit, the additional hours are 1 dollar per hour (the competition charges 2 dollars) for each hour, and a partial hour over the limit is 1 dollar (this means if you use 15 minutes over 15 hours it costs 1 dollar more)
The time starts on the 10th of each month at 12:00 am and ends on the 9th at 11:59 pm. Each month, the time for each limited user will be calculated between the 10th and the 15th. Any time used over the initial 15 hours will be calculated and the per hour charge subtracted at the rate of 1 dollar per hour from the amount paid for the current months service and payment for the current month and any remainder of the previous month's hourly overage will be due immediately and no later than the second business day following notification you can charge it to your MC, VISA, or AMEX by calling 682-3912.

Limited users are responsible for keeping track of their own time in  the event that the CYOU limited time checker is unavailable. There are many time trackers available on the internet as shareware. I suggest www.windows95.com or www.tucows.com as a place to look.
Hopefully, the CYOU time checker will be available again soon.

If the above policies are unacceptable, Limited Users may elect to have any overages automatically charged to master Card or visa.
